How to remove the front skid from 2010 4Runner limited?

This forum has so many great write up or link to educate us to do a transmission fluid flush by using cooler line. I am going to do so next weekend myself. I climb down there today and found I have to remove front skid in order to access to cooler line. I change engine oil all the time, I never successfully fully remove it when I try to access to engine oil filter. I think I need some kind of tip or guide here how to fully drop this front skid. I am not sure if all other trims are same, but mine is limited. I found it is hard to get it off on front side. Thank you everyone!

Surefooted explorer shows its true colors off-road, with normal skid plates and 9.6 inches of ground clearance ensuring, by all reviewer accounts, a safe and interesting journey on the path less traveled. The Limited’s 20-inch wheels are particularly well modified for the backcountry, though, curiously, all-terrain tires are not available from the factory for any 4Runner trims.
