NA 5th gen EU fog light conversion question

Ok, so I brought my 2012 SR5 to Belgium with me from the states. I am trying to convert it to EU standard and add the rear fog light, but leave it looking factory by tying it into the stock fog light switch on the stalk. So my question / problem is the fog fr fuse under the dash. Should that have constant power to it? I wired into that fuse and the light is on constantly regardless of whether the lights are one or not, or whether the switch is turned. Any help you guys can give would be awesome! Thanks in advance.

That won't work. The stalk switch is for the front fogs only and Euro regs require that the front and rear fogs are wired separately.

You may want to find out what switch the Hilux or the Land Cruiser use in Europe.
