misfire when first starting??

Hey guys and gals, quick question, to see if anyone has ideas or solution. I have a high mileage 4runner that mostly runs great. But when the engine is cold, it misfires for about 10 seconds. It will throw a code for cylinder 2 misfire detected, or sometimes, multiple cylinder misfires. I thought I had a sticky fuel injector, but that has been swapped out and did not fix it. I have swapped ignition coils and the problem does not follow the coils. Does not smoke, burn oil or coolant.
I reset the ECU codes and can drive for as long as I want and the problem will not return. I was wheeling the other day in the mountains of Colorado and had NO issues.
Once the engine is warm it will restart and not misfire, only when cold and only for about 10 seconds.
The only thing I could think of is maybe a wiring problem to the #2 coil?
I though maybe someone on here could help, thanks.

maybe look into some things that adjust parameters due to being hot or cold, like air temp sensor..

Have you looked into the cold start injector?
