By Paintless Dent Removal, you're talking about one of the hot glue contraptions? Might work, but I've never used one before. (I already tried one of those suction cup things, not a chance.)
I'm really hoping that this could be easily pounded out from the inside if it's easy enough to remove the interior quarter panel.

Paintless Dent Removal is a business. Generally they service new and used car dealerships out of a truck that carries their specialized tools. They basically massage the dent out from the back side. The guy that services our dealership is pretty awesome. It's not something you do at home and trust me, it's a lot harder than it looks. If you want it done right, don't do it yourself.
