Can ATF WS used for power steering fluid?

Manual said Power Steering Fluid type is "Automatic Transmission Fluid DEXRON II or III".

I have few bottles of Toyota OEM ATF WS left. Can I use it for replacing/flashing my power steering fluid?

No. may leak past the seals at the rack and pinion.

The ATF used for 4th Gens (2004) and onward is WS fluid and is not the same as Dextron lll fluid (which wasn't used in earlier Toyota auto Transmissions), it is very clearly stated in your owner's manual and also on the power steering pump cap which fluid should be used for the power steering.

Don't try to over think it, just read and use what Toyota says to use!

Also worth stating DON'T use "power steering fluid" in Toyota power steering pumps because it also isn't Dextron lll !!!

That should answer your question right there.

They are both hydraulic systems. Yes you can. I probably wouldn't mix different kinds though.
