Does the windshield wiper fluid reservoir on a 2004 4Runner have an expansion plug?

Does the windshield wiper fluid reservoir on a 2004 4Runner have an expansion plug?

One that pops out when the fluid / water freezes and expands?

Reason being I filled the fluid reservoir to the top and fluid leaked out along the running board on the passenger side.

I would doubt it, the fill neck should act as an expansion route, if necessary.
Use winter washer fluid and you should have no problems.

No plug, as mentioned if it freezes it would just expand out the top, nothing to stop it from doing so since it's not a seal reservoir.

My best guess is you have a cracked or broken hose/tubing or fitting going to the washer nozzle on the passenger's side and the fluid is siphoning out and down onto the running board.
