All:
Finially got tired of trying the home remedys and took it to the dealer the other day.....
They diagnosed it as a 'Yaw sensor failure' ...... they reset it and now I'm up and running without VSC lights! .... 4Runner was under warranty so no charge!

Took all of a 1/2 hour .......
So if anyone has a similar problem see if the dealer can handle it no charge under warranty!
Thanks to all for the suggestions. Learned a lot about my Toyota!
