One can will be enough to last all the 4runners in your state for 2 years. Just takes a little spritz.

Haven't been on here in awhile but appreciate the tips and love my 4runner!
Does Plexus buff out the scratches like a plastic polish or does it just fill the scratches in? Did you have to remove the lens, or did you just do it in place?

I've had very good luck cleaning the instrument lens with microfiber cloths and windex.
The microfiber allows any dirt to go into the cloth so it won't act like sand paper grit as you wipe.

What about headlight lens cleaner final coat

The lens cleaners use pads that scratch the heck out of the lens and then you apply a final couple of coats that remove them. Just did mine with the 8.95 turtle wax kit and it seems fine, maybe a little wet for a while but scratches are gone.

Try regular old pledge. We used to use it in the army on plexiglass windows all the time on our aircraft. filled in small scratches and buffed windows to a beautiful shine.

Tried Novus #1 and was initially disappointed. Considered buying Novus #2, but I had some Nufinish Scratch Doctor laying around. Made a couple of buff and wipe passes with Scratch Doctor and it worked wonders. Followed up with Novus #1. The clear plastic lens now looks great, though a few scratches still show. More passes with Scratch Doctor would likely have made it like new, but it's plenty good now.
