"Creaking spring sound" coming from rear brakes

Hi crew.

I have been hearing a creaking crunchy-ish spring type noise coming from my passenger rear brakes. Thinking ir might be the calipers, i took it to my local toyota dealer (with the fear that the caliper was toast which the 4runners are notorious for) but the tech said everything looked great and he tested the calipers and they were all ok.

Any thoughts on what i should do next?

how do you know its is the brakes? when is it making the noise? reason I ask is because it is common for the rear seat latch to make a noise like you are describing. mine did it when I got it and I was thinking the worst as well. I put some electrical tape on it and problem solved.

Because i hear it coming from the passenger rear wheel area.

I do have a warped rotor i need turned....im gonna have to go back to oem toyota rotors n pads i think. The raybestos ones run too hot n warp the rotors
too easily.

Was there any resolution to this? Just curious because I'm dealing with the same thing... Not the passenger seat, but definitely related to the rear driver's side brake/rotor. Sounds like high pitch squeaking as brakes are applied at higher speeds and then by the time you stop it slows down to a deeper creak... almost sounds like residue on the rotor or pads but there isn't any!

Any ideas?
