problem solved. yipeeee. thanks to "live4swell" here & "jataga"from 4x4Wire.

my 4runner failed emission due to codes: 0120 and 0133.

FYI: After got some help and excellent info from one of the members here "live4swell" and "jataga" from 4x4Wire.com, I followed the Throttle Body cleaning procedure (excellent writes up by jatage. http://www.digitalpimp.org/~john/Doc...20Cleaning.doc) and it took care of code 0120. Then, I replaced the front O2 sensor (dealer = $135 . autozone = $170... Ouch) and reset the CE. got the car to the station for retest emission, surprise....it passed with flying colors. i have to say that changing the o2 sensor is too easy. again, thank you liveswell and jataga for your sharing. hope this post will help someone with the same problem. g2g beer to u
