2003 V8 90k Maint. Question + Steering Question

Hello again!

Been a while, but I bought a 2010 Sequoia and i couldnt bring myself to trade in the 4Runner, so i gave it to my new wife .

The 4Runner has 80,700 miles on it, and i have gotten ALL the regular maintenance done at the local Toyota dealership (even the $600+ ones that replace all fluids, etc).

As the 90k service is still in the future, i wonder if there are noises/signs I should be looking/hearing for in case it needs the service before the 90k due date. I only ask because it IS a 2003, so its been on the original parts/belts for 8 years now.

As for the steering, i have NO leaks, NO noises, and im hoping its just that im not used to the tightness/tougher-to-turn-the-wheel feel (im thinkings its that its due to the AWD vs my Sequoia's RWD). Am I right?

Thanks!

4Runner steering is pretty tight... I'd think you're fine. Based on age I might consider doing a t-belt & water pump a bit early. That'll get you fresh anti-freeze.
