Oxygen Sensor Location

I need to change my oxygen sensor. Can anyone describe for me how I would find the oxygen sensor on my 96 4runner, v6 4WD. Someone told me it should be near the carburator, but unfortunately, I don't even know where that is - pretty ignorant huh! Any help would be awesome!

Thanks,
Mike

hi mike I changed mines 6 months ago.
I have a 95 4 runner , I think its the same.
it was located on the pipe between the headers and the muffler. it was cover by a little sheet of metal plate, you'll see the wires going to it. it was easy to change.
it was only 2 bolts to remove.
hope you find it
