AFAICT, and I'm not sure if the difference matters or not, Toyota specifies API GL–5 SAE 75W–85 (per TSB DL003-07) in the front and rear differentials and it matters if you have a limited slip diff or not in the rear, and API GL-5 SAE 75W-90 in the transfer case.
Prior to the TSB Toyota factory service manual specified API GL-5 API GL–5 SAE 90 front and rear diffs in climates above 0 deg F and SAE 80 or 80W-90 in colder.
