power steering pump bracket

so I can't seem to find any posts dealing with my problem. I just bought a 91 with a 3.0 5 spd. and I'm having power steering issues. was trying to see if i could fix my pump and noticed that there was no tensioner bolt attached to the pump. wasn't even bolted onto anything there. the bracket was broken off right after the stationary bolt. am I going to have to scavenge this piece off another motor or can I get a replacement part somewhere? am very confused how they managed to break off the bracket the pump bolts onto.

ok I guess bracket is the wrong word for it. its the piece of metal that you bolt the pump onto the engine. I"m missing the part on it for the tension bolt. so theres just one bolt holding down my pump.

so I went to a local salvage yard and got the bracket that they said was for a 2nd gen v6 4runner. got one bolt hole to line up and the tension hole to line up but I'm confused as to what the other two holes in the bracket go to. I'm posting a couple pics so that you guys can see. please help me out!! need to get the steering fixed in this so I can start driving it around.
