If your referring to Burton's Station in Norfolk, about 2 minutes from Virginia Wesleyan, its been closed down. It used to be a huge offroading spot in the beach. It got abused. I went there and cops pulled up on me. The farm owner called the cops the minute he saw my truck. I didn't see him. The cops told me the landowner called.
There is a place in Chesapeake off of Johnstown Rd. (It looks like an old driveway off the main road but there is no house deeper into the property. It bypasses other entrances with "No Trespassing" signs but what can a cop do when you tell him you didn't see any signs?!)
Now, I go there so don't be too crazy, they haven't mounted "No Trespassing" signs up yet. It is a huge mud hole deep in the woods. There are trails and some steep storm ditches deeper into the woods. It stays muddy for at least a week after it rains because trees block the mud from sunlight.
There is a place in Pungo. Old house with no owner. Fence is open and people have made a complete mess of the yard. It goes further back and has "No Trespassing" signs.
