With all the interest in Big Dogs off-road event at The Cove Campground; we will have this October 3rd-5th. I have been talking with the owner of the grounds and this place is private but open for events such as this. The cost for the event will be $55 per VEHICLE due to insurance cost. The camping fee will be $35 per person. The charity we will be raising money for there is Homeward Trails, which is a animal rescue organization. There are several vendors getting involved with this who will be donating items you can win through a raffle. We want to have a BIG turnout. The donations from vendors are going to be raffled off to some lucky winners and the proceeds will go to the charity "Homeward Trails" animal rescue. If you are unable to attend and still want to help a great cause, you can click on the Homeward Trails link above and donate whatever you feel. For those that do come, there will be table set up that accept donations for food, thunder shirts, dog cots, toys, etc. there will also be a possible small adoption area for dogs if you feel so inclined to give a dog a good home! You can bring your adopted pets as well, but remember, leashes at all times per The Cove's rules.

There are 3 ways to pay for events


1 - PayPal in advance, no need to complete the registration form (note there is a transaction fee for PayPal)
2 - Download and complete the registration form (below), and pay by mail (must allow time for the check to clear)
3 - Cash or Money order at the event, must complete the registration form




Wheelers can come on Friday OCTOBER 3rd. to setup for Camp. Wheelers must check in with the Camp Office before setting up camp. There will also be night runs starting at 2100 on Friday for those interested.

98 trails with difficulty from 1 to 10. 25 of the 98 trails are for stock, beginners and people who want no damage to top, sides or bottom. These trails may be boring. These trails also meander throughout the park so you can see the harder trails and other views.


4 large mountains of 3,000 feet drop. Some trails 1,500 feet drop.
