eBay light bar, with homemade license plate mount

Cut a piece of 18 gauge to size and shape I wanted, put a 90 degree bend on it and painted it black. License plate is bolted to the mount, light bar bolted to the mount, used #8 stainless steel hardware to attached to the bumper, with locking nut.
