Sorry I missed you when you posted first.The sensor is in the rear diff .Before you buy a new sensor check the wiring.The plugs are near the sensor just follow the wire.

Some replace the knock sensor when they have it apart.I didn't because of the expense of the new component.I would pull the intake if it went bad.Check some other post for more info

I agree with the trans or engine mounts.Have someone inside hold the brake and put it in gear and you check the engine and see if it twist off the mount.Same thing with the trans just don't lay under it to see it.You may have to give it a little throttle to see it .You may also want to check...

I use Certifit,they have a website and you can check their prices on line.They're not OEM but I haven't had any issues with them.I used to fix wrecked cars in the 90's in my shop when you could make a little money at it.

Diff's are easily swapped you should be able to find one reasonably priced at the wrecking yard.
