How long to wait after starting engine in cold weather?
Hell pop in a cd and wait atleast 2+ minutes til driving...or if you have time, push in your AUTO climate control (temp has to be in HI) and wait til air starts blowing, which means you thermostat is open, then drive.- 04runner

Where do you put the garage door opener.
A great place to put a garage door opener is on the auxiliary box, just below the defogger switch. Flip it open and put right below the defogger switch.- 04runner

Which rubber mats do you use?
Catch-All Extreme I bought a 4 pc and it fits pretty snug, pretty happy with them. Note: Spray Scotch guard before installing anf let it set, so if you ever get it dirty/muddy, it will clean up easy:)- 04runner
