it looks like a cut, but is a tear. I think it is from getting in and out, cause the leather is creased there. No one else has this problem?

On my '04 4runner ltd, the leather on the side of the drivers seat has a small cut in it, anyone else have this? This was also a problem on my '96, but much worse as i never had it repaired. Is it covered under warranty? I have 48,000km, and the rest of the truck is showroom condition...
