The plugs need to be changed that frequent?? My manual says 160k or something close to that number.

Rear suspension Question: I already replaced my front struts with (kyb plus) and 3" leveling blocks. For the rear I want to install new rancho shocks which will raise the rear 1-1/2 ". My question is will I need to replace the springs in the rear for this to be possible?? Or just the shocks...
