Ok so my wife has a 2007 sr5 4wd all the time v8, I have noticed lately that when she let's off the gas it tends to get a loud humming noise of sorts and when traveling at low speeds I notice it too. I didn't know if it's the font wheel bearing or something otherwise the truck drives...

now on both front doors in the jam you will find a lil cap to pop out to have axcess to the screw which holds the lil key piece...remove it and all the rest comes out easy on the back doors when you remove the door panels there is a circular sticker over a hole that gains you axcess to the small...

yes I was told that they would fit any 4th gen 4runner by the parts department and they are off a sr5...my mother-in-law has a 2005 and I looked at hers and didn't see an issue so let me know if you want and I can get them out tomorrow...:cheers::cheers:
