Okay. I figured it out. I was pairing the phone to the stereo (head unit) when the stereo was in the audio device mode. As a result, the stereo was pairing the iPhone as an audio device. Hence, the streaming audio worked, but the phone did not. So, I deleted the iPhone as an audio device...

Please explain further. How do you "Reset the config on the headunit and the phone?"

I had the dealer do a tire swap at the dealership (General Grabber AT2, stock size.) The dealer gave me $100/tire and charged me $175/tire for the Generals. Additionally, we agreed to split the mounting and balancing ($80.)

City4Runner...........How in the H did the dealer put in 5W-30 when the filler cap clearly states 0W-20? Then again, I had a Cadillac dealer rotate the rear 18 inch tires to the front of the car and the 17 inch front tires to the rear. Not to start a dealer bashing campaign, but - come on this...

homeyclaus........Good point. When I first got my 4Runner, I turned the ECO light off and my gas mileage went in the tank. Recently, I turned the light back on and try to drive in the ECO range. By staying in the ECO range, my MPG average (70 highway / 30 city) has been around 22.

Although I am new to this forum, I have participated in many "motor" forums (corvetteforum.com, bobstheoilguy.com, etc.) over the last 15 years. That said, the advice on this thread is some of the best advice/reading I've come across. I'd recommend that this thread be elevated to "sticky" status.

Everybody.........Thanks for your replies. Although I am new to the 4Runner, I've owned many Toyotas (Tacomas, Rav4, Celicas etc.) over the years. Scuba6.........You make an excellent point. kingpin748........I agree. The dealer, in fact, became upset when I did not purchase their service...

Picked up my '11 4Runner (SR5) on Wednesday and read the Owners' Manual. Discovered that the dealer can re-program the door locks and other stuff. So, I go back on Thursday and ask the dealer to do some re-prograning and they want to charge me $54. WTF??? Well, I complained and the service guy...
