When you called Toyota did you tell them you need the dimension but you couldn't tell them what for until they gave you the dimension?

Just curious, does your microphone still work? Same thing happened with our Sienna but in addition to the light being red the mic was also non-op. Disconnecting the battery and letting it sit for about 30 minutes reset it and fixed it for us, fwiw.

Yeah, let us know. I think the hard plastic part that snaps in place would be the most important, fit-wise, so you'll be able to do a side by side comparison before you install.

The tech that repaired my *much* smaller chip a couple weeks ago said he's repaired stuff up to dollar bill size. That just seems crazy to me. For the heck of it why not buy a $16 kit off Amazon and try it yourself?

Different fascia obviously, but same cladding otherwise, 275/55/20 with leveling spacer. The real key is wheel spacers, that's what pushes that skinny 7" rim outward.

I can't say for all, but for mine that's not entirely true. It also uses the forward camera and lane assist. If you drift over the line too much, you'll trigger the warning. Ask my wife ;).

Other Toyota vehicles have this now. It shows an icon of a cup of coffee and says "time for a break". It doesn't control the vehicle, that would be absurd.

When you get down to 30-40 miles on the readout, and you add 5-6 gallons, does anyone else's not update? It seems on mine it takes a good amount of gas to update the estimate, a fill-up from 1/4 to just over 1/2 tank does nothing.

Just a thought, but disconnecting the battery will do a start/quick stall. Have you checked your battery health? Could be dipping below a certain V or Amp and triggering that failsafe as if it was disconnected. Then the alternator charges it up until it dips below that threshold again.

I'd predict the resale value trend to remain constant because for every 4Runner owner who buys new, there's many more who are waiting to buy used once it hits X years and fits their budget. That's why there is still demand for 3rd and 4th gen vehicles. If they were not rugged and reliable there...
