    Broken tab question, right of center dash

    Looks like I have a broken tab/mount on my dash and its annoying me with the corner hanging out (see pictures). Any ideas on how to remedy this? Maybe someone else has run into this before.

    Anyone have a part number for the small plastic grommet that goes around the lock knobs? It pops into the door panel. I know its small, but every time I see that I'm missing one, it bugs me.

    Looking for the code (number) stamped on the front of the factory radio in a 1998 SR5. The radio is double-din with single CD and tape deck. Anyone have one they can check for me?
