Looks like he might be right. If you compare the location to my recovery shackles vs the recovery shackles of a t4r with factory ted skid plate I think it would overlap

Your probably right about the possibility of it flapping. I think since mine seems a little long on top with the rubber trim and in lays forward a bit it won’t flap around

It might be hard to see but I bought some door trim that I put around where I cut on the bumper. It’s a must. Covers up your cuts and protects it from rubbing

Looks like the recovery points come through and are welded on both sides. They are welded to the extension section of the bumper that bolts to the frame. Hope this helps answer questions. Also, I promise I won’t be that guy that never ends up posting pictures. I hate that. This weekend for sure...
