If the bolt head is rounded off, you could try a plumbers pipe wrench to grab it and loosen it.

Stripped the interior. Putting in new carpet and dong a seat swap I haven't seen done yet. The inside smells so much better without the old carpet and all the dust and dirt cleaned out. Have to weld some holes in the roof closed. Stupid previous owner.

I bought a 99 highlander with a manual tranny and an e-locker for 6k. Yours is probably worth 4-5k

its a little cover that you pop off to get your rig out of park if the brake switch fails. Press the button inside and it releases the shifter.
