I've ordered a complete set of used Aisin manual hubs that I'm going to replace my ADD hubs with. Can I just clean and install them or is there a gasket or other items I'll have to replace? Its a 1992 4runner by the way.

Thanks for responding so fast! It is in 2H for sure. When I shift to 4H or 4L the light come on in the dash. When I shift back to 2H it goes off. When it sounds like it's trying to engage while driving, no light comes on. If I slow down to about 25-30 mph you can hear and feel something 'catch'...
