While I liked my 4th gen I prefer the room the 5th gen has to offer. Both having the same motor you won't be missing out on reliability, but the 5th isn't as responsive (assuming because of the weight).

I have a 2010 with 132k miles and the only thing done to it other than routine maintenance was the clock spring in my steering wheel had to be replaced and the airbag recall. They are very solid vehicles.

I have the WT in my wrangler and Husky's in my 4runner. The Husky's don't seem as plastic as the WT. More of a rubber feel so they aren't as slick. If I had it to do again I would only get the Husky's.
You are on the money. I had to drop a little more as a result of headlights etc. I don't suffer from hood scoop envy like I did on my 3rd and 4th gen so went with the reg hood. Love it better now then with the Limited frontend
