Well, there is a company that can rebuild them to cold specifications. Mine are on their way out and I was talking to Frank at www.strutwise.com and he said that he can have them rebuilt to be stronger. The other option is to buy the OEM cold specifications one off of one of the Toyota on-line...

There are two pieces, the front and back. After removing the bolts for the rear piece, you kinda have to wiggle it to get it out. For the front plate, there are two bolts that are deeply sunken in, so you are going to have to get a socket extension of some sort to be able to reach it. Hope...

I replaced my rotors and pads for my 00 Limited awhile back. I went with regular Brembo Blanks and HAWK LTS (light truck/suv) pads. I have driven over 5K and they work flawlessly. Much better bite.
