Spotted this beast today around town.

I had this problem happen with my moms old car and I don know if all cars EVAP system is the same but it turned out to be the vent control valve on the charcoal canister. Nope just regular ol halogen bulbs. All the blueish color is the LED's

I dont have the same runner anymore so I cant check but I believe I changed a tail light fuse in the interior fuse box.

Bought it! If you guys hadn't seen the post on 4th gen we had a 4th gen that got hydrolocked so we got rid of it went to a camry for 6 months hated it and went back to a 4runner. We originally planned to get a trail premium but it was to difficult to get so they gave us a deal we couldn't pass...

You should be fine. Just make sure you have the drive mode engaged before you drive next time. Enjoy your new rig.
