Tried installing new rotors and brake pads on my 2010 SR5 last night. Got to the driver's side front caliper and one of the pistons is seized. New calipers are on their way!
Looks like the drivers side front caliper seizing is a pretty common issue.
Did you try out any of the dealers in NC? I've been pretty happy with Town and Country and Scott Clark but haven't had a ton of work done to either of my Toyotas yet.
