Take it to another alignment shop. Preferably not a chain like NTB or Firestone or a dealership. Look for an actual shop that can do alignments. My Dobinsons rides better than stock, and I am running the heaviest spring rate available up front.

Do you own a black 2014-2018 5th Gen and are about to replace your rear bumper cover with a stee bumper? Our experiences are very similar. I think that shows that the performance is consistent throughout out the sizes. Mine are 33x12.5x18. I might even purchase then again after these wear out.
