Thanks for the info OP. What I'd really like to know is where the cellphone is located. I've read you can pull a fuse to disable but I'd like to find it regardless, hopefully it's its own module and can be removed without too much fuss as people have with similar devices on VWs. Try to ignore...

It must be a mid-year change as I just picked up a 21 Venture last night with grey wheels.

Removing the cellular phone New owner here. I've read you can pull the fuse for the DCM which also disables the microphone for hands-free calling. Has anyone tried to find and remove the cellular device itself so the car can't phone home anymore?
