I feel your pain, purchased a rack from them back in 2016 and I had to drive to North Dakota, to pick it up and payed huge duty upon returning to Canada. In saying this, it's def a great product...my rack is just starting to show surface rust after 5 years of ownership.
I have mine set to 2nd perch because of my front bumper/winch. 1" in the rear was not enough, so I put in 1" rear spacers by cornfed. For me, it's level and looks great!!!
Installed the Eibach pro-truck kit with 1" cornfed spacer in the rear and a 10mm spacer for the front left corner. Sits exactly where I wanted it.

You won't be disappointed. I have a 2016 sr5 that was on a spacer lift and i can confirm the ride has tremendously improved after install. I did leave my 1" cornfed spacers in the rear and it makes the truck level.
Funny thing is I had a 2000 Civic Sir (Si in the US) and loved the ride.
I purchased the Gobi shovel/axe mount. It's worked perfect so far. It's solid and I've had no issues with driving on the highway with the shovel mounted. I also get tons of compliments!!!!
I'd recommend it, since my shovel hasn't been stolen yet....*knock on wood*
