    hauling long things

I picked up a 5*12 v nose box trailer for hauling long or large items. My thought was why scratch up or tear up anything on the interior and used trailers if kept up seem to hold their value quite well so I could always sell it for what I had in it or close to it. Also, Harbor Freight sells...

    Off Road Trailers Thread

You might also look into a Taxa Tigermoth. So far I have liked mine. I would post some pictures but every time I try it tells me upload failed.

If you had to kill a Bigfoot, Yeti, Sasquatch, what weapon would you choose?

If a Sasquatch was coming after me and I had to defend myself I think I would go with a Sword International mk18 in 338 Lapua just because heck, I want one for some stupid reason. PS. I think it would be a good gun for aliens too.

    2019 Hunting season

I fit 2 alps zero gravity layout blinds, eight goose floaters, 4 goose full bodies, 3 dozen duck decoys, and have a fold up aluminum dock cart painted up. All fit inside the back of my 5th gen. no problem. Do have a Prinsu 7/8 rack but have never used it for transporting decoys etc. but I think...

    New to off-roading in Nevada

Mormon Wells road is definitely an easy trail that could be considered and like you said the whole trail can most definitely be run in 2wd barring heavy rain or snow up top. The first third of it is quite bumpy and I would air down to somewhere between 25 and 30 lbs just to make it more...

    New to off-roading in Nevada

Rocky Gap must have changed a lot since the last time I did it. Like I said it’s been a while. The last time I ran it I was in a stock 2001 Chevy S-10 supercrew. I have seen some videos from up there that looked difficult in the past but most of them I knew where they were and knew there was a...

    New to off-roading in Nevada

Popular trail is Rocky Gap road at Red Rock. I haven’t done it in years so I can’t comment on the difficulty now, was too popular for my tastes. Logandale Trails out by Lake Meade has something for just about everyone from sand to hardcore rock crawling and everything in between. There are a lot...

    Light bar rankings

Right now I have the Baja S8 30” combo light bar and it’s a real nice bar with a good output. Before this bar I had a Black Oak led 30” 6 watt combo double row bar with the Rago behind the grill mount. I switched bars because the double row Black Oak wouldn’t fit in my bumper and I had to go to...

    New Prinsu Rack No-Drill Option

I use the the stock clamps/ mounting feet that came on the rod vault. I bought a 6” long 1/4” allen for my socket wrench for quick installation and removal and have also used it on a cordless drill. I can install it or remove it in 10-15 minutes by myself with the socket. When I install the rod...

Roof Rack Showdown - Prinsu vs Southern Style Offroad

I bought my 7/8'sd Prinsu right before the SSO came out and was kind of upset when I saw the SSO. Afterwards I ran into someone who had the SSO and after seeing his I became quite happy with my purchase. He showed me where his powder coating rubbed off from him sliding his Pelican case onto his...

Is the 4Runner becoming the new fan boy vehicle?

Then there would be a thread on the 70 series forum titled “Is the 70 series becoming the new fanboy vehicle?”. Lol.

    2020 Toyota Supra

The Supra launch model has a msrp of over $55 grand! And you know they are going to be marked up from there. At that price I would be looking at a stingray (full disclosure, I wouldn’t want a stingray) which I could buy under msrp and probably for less money. Granted, the other 2 models are...

    2020 Toyota Supra

The Supra launch edition is within a few hundred dollars of the corvette stingray with less hp/ torque than it’s bmw counterpart. Hmmm.
