Squeaky noise I had a squeaking type noise coming from the back cargo area of my 04 LTD. Sourced it to where the small storage tray below the sub-woofer, meets the side panel plastic of the wheel hump. Plastic to plastic contact was the culprit.

Continentals So far, the Conti's are fine, but we haven't asked much of them yet. They're quiet, which is very important to me. We'll be taking the truck on a 2000+ mile trip in March, and I'll report back after we return.

Tires I'm going to give Continentals a try. Cross Contact LX's exact size replacements 265/65/17's on an 04 LTD. City/Commuter use. No off-roading and occasional snow.

trash bag install Boy, do I feel stupid! Thanks for the response.

trash bag install I ordered and rec'd a trash bag from Carson and they are great to deal with. The instructions to install the bag onto the holder are all in Japanese. How do you get the trash bag holder off the center console so you can slip the arms of the bag through?
