About ten weeks. But I ordered on the first day, so I'd guess that delayed things a bit (as I'm sure there was a flood of orders). None that I've noticed up to 55mph or so. Haven't had a chance to get it on the Interstate yet.

Varies a bit depending on where on the body they are measured. At the bottom of the door, they are just under 6". Mid-way up the fender they are closer to 3".

I ordered the 7/8 rack the day it was available for order and was told four weeks. So, probably won't see any installs until mid-April. I'll post some pics as soon as I can!

I doubt the 7/8 version would work well with a sunroof. It looks like the wind fairing would run right across the opening. I'm guessing the other two options would work, but maybe somebody with a 3/4 or Full can chime in. You also might consider emailing Zach directly. He's been very responsive...

I think Zach just released it today (I checked yesterday and it wasn't there). I already placed an order. For me, the 7/8 is a nice compromise between the 3/4 and having to drill.
