What major differences are there between the 03-05 model and this 06-09 spread?

These are 14 yr old vehicles; they will all have rust, on bolt threads especially. Looking for one without would be a never ending task. Pick one that you think you can work the rust away and be happy with it.

Shopping for my third 3g and notice many 4rnrs with the 15" alloys. Rather than passing them up in an effort to find a model with larger 16" wheels - can I simply throw a set of Sport Ed or Ltd alloys on these smaller wheeled runners? Are the bolt patterns the same?
