Do you know if you need to run the spacers on the front if you have 265/75/16?
I am going to do a similar setup with secondary bypass but will move the bypass tubes if there are clearance issues.

Get the 3rd Gen 4Runner specific Bilstein 5100's. 24-248730 (F) and 24-249966 (R).
Use the stock front coils and get 2.3" of front lift. No need to replace the bushing if you use the 24-248730, they were designed for the 3rd Gen 4Runner.
Rear use the 24-249966 and OME 906 and get 2" of lift...
