I have cargo cover in my 2013 SR5 w/ 3rd row seat. It fits but keeps catching on the seatbelts. Also, it does not cover the entire cargo area - there are gaps near the rear window and just behind the 2nd row seats. For the price (~$180 incl. tax), it's disappointing.
