Did you actually replace the ABS sensor/wires? That might do it. Fixed my similar issues years ago.

I jumped from 285/70s to 315/70s, I did the things you mentioned and I'm all good. I do slightly rub on the UCA full lock (JBA). Alignment dialed. If you have 0 offset wheels like I do (or higher offset), be aware.

I'm guessing this is a no name brand, any idea what name brand produced it was modeled after? Is it a clamshell style opening?
