IIRC, he is (was?) Running unimog axles on his 4runner, hence "4mogger". Portal hubs, ctis, adjustable air suspension, was a pretty sweet ride from what I remember on his yotatech build thread

I'd say 75% of my driving is under 60mph, unless I get a job where I have to commute before the regear, I'm gunna gear it to the speeds I drive, obviously ymmv...
