what year is your 4R? same thing is happening to my '06. I'm researching if I can install Tundra calipers/pistons. I read here on the site that they match the 4R. I have a '04 Tundra with 151K+ mi, same brakes, Pads half way. needles to say they're great. If they fit in my 4R. I will changeover...
