whats the recommended way apply the new decals, contact cement, automotive adhesive or is the decal itself good to go. I power wash my matts so I'd rather take an extra step if needed to insure they stay in place.

what tire size could I bump up to w that wheel size with minimal issues? would 285/70/17 work on a 9" rim or am i better off using the stock TRD Pro rims?
