It sounds likely they replaced your coils with those of the 4Runner TRD kit, not the FJ TRD kit. I believe the FJ kit uses 14” springs and the 4Runner kit uses 13” springs, which explains the loss of static height. The FJ coils are part number PTR13-35140-AA.
