Go to the stealership and buy a spare belt clip. Just the clip not the belt. Just put it in the selt belt latch and your problems will be solved

Did you speak with anyone at crutchfield or just place the order? When you do it should only give you things that work with your car, also it will pop up with attachments which will help with the install. If you cancelled on those that might be your problem. I would just call a support guy...
