Yea one of the screws was a real pain to get too. I ended up printing a stubby little screwdriver bit driver to make it work. Without it I’m not sure how I would have done it

Ended up being the blend door servo. The cabin temp sensor was filthy too so I’m sure that wasn’t helping anything lol. Changed our the servo though and heat works perfect now, thanks guys

Thanks for the pointers. I’ll check those things out. I’ll give cleaning off the temp sensor a shot first, would it matter even if it was dirty or bad if I’m not on auto. If I’m manually Adjusting the temp why would it care what the cabin temp is? I’m assuming the individual actuators are...

The spacing from the hole centers front to back and from side to side. The style of rack im making is one of the low profile types so there is almost no adjustability. I was hoping someone who had made a rack for their 5th gen at some point had measured all of that at some point.

And I just realized that the other times the wire got damaged the ABS light was on too. That’s not on this time. Plus a few time when I went to accelerate if the lights were off it would feel like it had no power then then both VSC lights would come on and it would drive like normal.
