Rear shock question (already read the lift FAQ)

Another Thing Also, In the front: I know that adjustable tundra 5100s with stock springs can be put on a higher perch for like 2 inches of lift if you want. If i were to get 2000-2006 tundra front struts (Just strut, kyb non adjustable) And put oem coils on them would that net any lift or no...

Rear shock question (already read the lift FAQ)

Okay, so I read through the FAQ lift thread and googled a lot and dont believe this has really been answered, but if so sorry. I know that when adding lifted rear springs (LC coils, OME, whatever around 2-3 inches of lift) people often replace rear shocks with OEM LC Rear shocks because they...

    Ripcord's 2002 Sport Ed. Version 2.0

Ahhh When i saw your profile picture I assumed you were still on stock bottlecaps. Just read through a lot of your buid. Imperial Jade Mica is easily tied with Thundercloud as my favorite 3rd gen color, and the bronze on green looks amazing. When i was buying mine I was an hour from pulling...

    Ripcord's 2002 Sport Ed. Version 2.0

yess Thank you! They are honestly so good looking in person for the price. Less than $500 for the set and they have negative offset so it makes it a little wider too. Might switch the center caps out for trd ones soon though.

    Ripcord's 2002 Sport Ed. Version 2.0

Hey Not sure if youve seen my build, but with a little work we'll be almost twins! Edit: After seeing all that suspension work, it would be an insult to call mine your twin lol. I am very young and thus poor, so we'll see in a year or two ;) Different rims, but bronze. I have way less...

Got AT Tires! Picked up Some Cooper Discoverer At3 in 265/75r16. They look great, and are more aggressive in person than in pictures. Traction is great so far, but havent had rain or snow yet so we shall see.

    Replacement 4Runner

I dont know about your specific market, but that is a bit overpriced here. It has the positives of having leather and being a sport edition, but miles are higher than most at that price. Also, I hate the thought of buying from used dealerships, but thats up to you

    Which would you buy?

v8 Badge on the grille but it has a 3.4? Ehh tacky but its a sick ride otherwise. I do support your choice on considering the 3rd gen though. You can modify the paint scheme to your liking, make it your own, and youll definitely fall in love.
