I have mine for 3 years and no problems. Everything line right. Somebody wrecked me on the side of the bumper and it didn't even move. I was lucky because they installed for me down in Miami, I think it was the 2nd or 3rd rear bumper ever made.

The weight of the rack is 55lbs. The rack can hold a lot of weight, it's just limited by the max weight that the 4runner roof attachment points hold. TMT LOL yes I didn't notice that, I'm not sure about that, it could be an option.
